Ai-Co 利用規約 Ai-Co Terms of Service Ai-Co 服務條款

Macro Logic合同会社（以下「当社」）が提供するiPhoneアプリ「Ai-Co」（以下「本アプリ」）を利用するにあたり、本利用規約（以下「本規約」）に同意した上でご利用ください。本アプリをインストール・起動・利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iPhone application "Ai-Co" ("App") provided by Macro Logic G.K. ("Company", "we", "us"). By installing, launching, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

本服務條款（以下簡稱「本條款」）規範您使用 Macro Logic 合同会社（以下簡稱「本公司」）提供之 iPhone 應用程式「Ai-Co」（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）的相關事宜。安裝、啟動或使用本應用程式即表示您同意本條款。

Ai-Coは、AIコーチとの毎日の対話と週次習慣Sprintを通じて、利用者の食習慣改善をサポートするiPhoneアプリです。主な機能には、AIコーチへの毎日のチャット相談、週2タスクの習慣Sprint、食事写真によるAI栄養分析、Apple HealthKit連携、PFCバランス管理が含まれます。

Ai-Co is an AI coaching iPhone application that helps users build better eating habits through daily AI coach conversations and weekly Habit Sprints. Key features include daily AI chat coaching, weekly 2-task Habit Sprint, AI-based meal photo analysis, Apple HealthKit integration, and PFC balance tracking.

Ai-Co 是一款 AI 教練 iPhone 應用程式，透過每日 AI 教練對話與每週習慣 Sprint，協助使用者改善飲食習慣。主要功能包括每日 AI 聊天教練、每週 2 項習慣 Sprint、AI 餐食照片分析、Apple HealthKit 整合及蛋白質脂肪碳水化合物均衡追蹤。

本アプリは13歳以上の方がご利用いただけます。13歳未満の方は利用できません。18歳未満の方が利用する場合は、保護者の同意が必要です。EU在住の方は、GDPRにより16歳未満の場合は保護者の同意が必要です。本アプリを利用することで、上記年齢要件を満たしていることを表明するものとします。

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users under 18 require parental consent. For EU residents, users under 16 require parental consent per GDPR. By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

本應用程式僅供13歲以上人士使用。未滿18歲者需獲得家長同意。歐盟居民若未滿16歲，依據 GDPR 需獲得家長同意。使用本應用程式即表示您聲明符合上述年齡要求。

3-1 アカウント作成

一部の機能を利用するには、アカウントの作成が必要です。正確な情報を提供してください。虚偽の情報を登録した場合、アカウントを停止することがあります。

3-2 アカウントセキュリティ

パスワードは適切に管理してください。アカウントへの不正アクセスが疑われる場合は、直ちにご連絡ください。不正使用による損害について当社は責任を負いません。

3-3 アカウントの停止・削除

当社は、本規約違反その他正当な理由がある場合、予告なくアカウントを停止・削除できます。利用者はいつでもアプリ内またはメールにてアカウントを削除できます。

3-1 Account Creation

Some features require account registration. You must provide accurate information. Providing false information may result in account suspension.

3-2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access. We are not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized use.

3-3 Suspension & Deletion

We may suspend or delete accounts without notice for Terms violations or other legitimate reasons. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us.

3-1 帳戶建立

部分功能需要建立帳戶。您必須提供正確資訊。提供虛假資訊可能導致帳戶被暫停。

3-2 帳戶安全性

您有責任妥善保管密碼。若懷疑有未授權存取，請立即聯絡我們。因未授權使用而造成的損害，本公司不承擔責任。

3-3 暫停與刪除

若違反本條款或有其他正當理由，我們可不事先通知而暫停或刪除帳戶。您可隨時透過應用程式或聯絡我們來刪除帳戶。

4-1 機能の説明

本アプリは、利用者が撮影した食事の写真または動画をAI（人工知能）で解析し、食品名・カロリー・PFC（タンパク質・脂質・炭水化物）などの栄養素を推定します。

4-2 分析精度について

AI分析は推定値であり、正確性を保証するものではありません。分析結果は参考情報としてご活用ください。食品の種類・調理法・撮影角度・照明条件などにより、推定精度が変動する場合があります。

4-3 データの処理

• 送信された画像・動画はAI分析APIに転送され、栄養情報の推定に使用されます
• 分析完了後、画像・動画データは当社システムから削除されます
• 分析結果（栄養素情報・食品名）は食事記録として保存されますが、元の画像・動画は保存されません
• 利用者が明示的に「記録として保存」を選択した場合のみ、サムネイル画像を端末内に保存する場合があります（サーバーには保存されません）

4-1 Feature Description

The App uses AI to analyze photos or videos of meals taken by users to estimate food names, calories, and macronutrients (protein, fat, carbohydrates).

4-2 Analysis Accuracy

AI analysis provides estimated values and does not guarantee accuracy. Results should be used as reference information. Accuracy may vary depending on food type, cooking method, camera angle, and lighting conditions.

4-3 Data Processing

• Submitted images/videos are transmitted to an AI analysis API solely for nutritional estimation
• After analysis, all image/video data is deleted from our systems
• Analysis results (nutrient data, food names) are saved as meal records, but original images/videos are NOT stored
• Thumbnail images may be stored locally on your device only if you explicitly choose to save them; they are never stored on our servers

4-1 功能說明

本應用程式使用 AI 分析使用者拍攝的餐食照片或影片，以估算食物名稱、熱量及巨量營養素（蛋白質、脂肪、碳水化合物）。

4-2 分析精準度

AI 分析提供估算值，不保證精確性。結果應作為參考資訊使用。精準度可能因食物種類、烹飪方式、拍攝角度及光線條件而有所不同。

4-3 資料處理

• 提交的圖像／影片將傳輸至 AI 分析 API，僅用於營養估算
• 分析完成後，所有圖像／影片資料將從我們的系統中刪除
• 分析結果（營養素資料、食物名稱）以餐食記錄形式儲存，但原始圖像／影片不會被儲存
• 縮圖圖像僅在您明確選擇儲存時才會儲存於您的裝置本機；絕不會儲存於我們的伺服器上

本アプリはAppleの「ヘルスケア」アプリ（HealthKit）と連携しています。

5-1 取得するデータ

利用者の同意のもと、以下のHealthKitデータを取得・利用します：

• 歩数・消費カロリー（アクティブカロリー・総カロリー）
• 体重・身長・BMI
• 食事・栄養素記録（HealthKitに記録がある場合）
• 睡眠時間（睡眠データが栄養管理に関連する場合）
• 心拍数（任意・将来機能拡張時）

5-2 HealthKitデータの利用制限

• HealthKitから取得したデータは、本アプリの機能提供のみに使用します
• HealthKitデータを広告目的に使用しません
• HealthKitデータを第三者に販売しません
• HealthKitデータはAppleのHealthKitフレームワーク利用規約に従って処理されます

5-3 同意の取り消し

HealthKit連携の許可は、iOSの「設定」→「ヘルスケア」→「データアクセスとデバイス」→「Ai-Co」からいつでも取り消すことができます。

The App integrates with Apple's Health app (HealthKit) to provide enhanced tracking features.

5-1 Data Accessed

With your consent, we access the following HealthKit data:

• Step count & calories burned (active & total calories)
• Body weight, height & BMI
• Dietary & nutrient records (where available in HealthKit)
• Sleep duration (where relevant to nutritional management)
• Heart rate (optional, for future feature expansion)

5-2 HealthKit Data Restrictions

• HealthKit data is used solely to provide App functionality
• HealthKit data is NOT used for advertising purposes
• HealthKit data is NOT sold to third parties
• HealthKit data is processed in compliance with Apple's HealthKit framework terms

5-3 Revoking Consent

You can revoke HealthKit access at any time via iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Ai-Co.

本應用程式與 Apple 的「健康」應用程式（HealthKit）整合，以提供更完善的追蹤功能。

5-1 存取的資料

在獲得您同意的情況下，我們存取以下 HealthKit 資料：

• 步數及燃燒的卡路里（活動卡路里與總卡路里）
• 體重、身高及 BMI
• 飲食與營養素記錄（HealthKit 中有資料時）
• 睡眠時長（與營養管理相關時）
• 心率（選用，用於未來功能擴展）

5-2 HealthKit 資料限制

• HealthKit 資料僅用於提供應用程式功能
• HealthKit 資料不用於廣告目的
• HealthKit 資料不出售給第三方
• HealthKit 資料依照 Apple HealthKit 框架條款處理

5-3 撤銷同意

您可隨時透過「iOS 設定」→「健康」→「資料存取與裝置」→「Ai-Co」撤銷 HealthKit 存取權限。

7-1 有料プラン

本アプリは無料機能と有料プレミアム機能（サブスクリプション）を提供します。料金・内容はアプリ内に表示されます。

7-2 課金処理

すべての課金はApp Store（Apple Inc.）を通じて処理されます。お支払い情報はAppleが管理し、当社はクレジットカード情報等にアクセスしません。

7-3 自動更新

サブスクリプションは更新日の24時間前にApp Storeにより自動請求されます。解約するには、更新日の24時間前までに「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」からキャンセルしてください。

7-4 返金

原則として当社は返金を行いません。返金はAppleの返金ポリシーに従います。法令上の返金義務がある場合はこの限りではありません。

7-5 価格変更

価格変更の際は、事前に通知します。変更後も利用を継続した場合、新価格に同意したものとみなします。

7-1 Paid Plans

The App offers free features and paid premium features (subscriptions). Pricing and details are displayed in-app.

7-2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through the App Store (Apple Inc.). Apple manages payment information; we do not access your credit card or payment details.

7-3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are automatically charged by the App Store 24 hours before renewal. To cancel, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

7-4 Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided and are subject to Apple's refund policy. Statutory refund rights are not affected.

7-5 Price Changes

We will notify you of price changes in advance. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

7-1 付費方案

本應用程式提供免費功能及付費進階功能（訂閱方案）。定價及詳情顯示於應用程式內。

7-2 付款處理

所有付款均透過 App Store（Apple Inc.）處理。Apple 管理付款資訊；我們不會存取您的信用卡或付款詳情。

7-3 自動續訂

訂閱將在續訂日前24小時由 App Store 自動扣款。如需取消，請至少在續訂日前24小時前往「設定」→「Apple ID」→「訂閱」進行取消。

7-4 退款

一般情況下不提供退款，退款遵循 Apple 的退款政策。法定退款權利不受影響。

7-5 價格變更

我們將提前通知您價格變更。變更後繼續使用即表示接受新價格。

利用者が本アプリに入力・送信するテキスト・食事記録・栄養目標などのデータ（以下「ユーザーコンテンツ」）は、利用者に帰属します。当社は、サービスの提供・改善に必要な範囲でユーザーコンテンツを処理する非独占的なライセンスを有します。なお、AI分析のために送信された食事写真・動画は保存されず、本条のライセンスの対象外です。利用者は、ユーザーコンテンツが第三者の権利を侵害しないことを表明します。

Data you input or submit to the App (text, meal logs, nutrition goals, etc., collectively "User Content") remains your property. We have a non-exclusive license to process User Content to the extent necessary to provide and improve the service. Meal photos and videos submitted for AI analysis are NOT stored and are excluded from this license. You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

您輸入或提交至本應用程式的資料（文字、餐食記錄、營養目標等，統稱「使用者內容」）歸您所有。我們擁有非獨家授權，在提供及改善服務所必要的範圍內處理使用者內容。提交用於 AI 分析的餐食照片及影片不會被儲存，且不屬於本授權的範圍。您聲明使用者內容不侵犯任何第三方權利。

• 本アプリの逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング、改ざん
• 本アプリを用いた商業目的の利用（当社の書面による許可がある場合を除く）
• 他のユーザーへの不正アクセス・なりすまし
• 虚偽情報の登録・提供
• スパム・迷惑行為・不正なスクレイピング
• 法令・公序良俗に反する行為
• 当社・第三者の知的財産権・プライバシーを侵害する行為
• サーバー・ネットワークへの過度な負荷をかける行為
• HealthKitデータの不正な取得・改ざん

• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or modifying the App
• Commercial use without written authorization
• Unauthorized access to or impersonation of other users
• Providing false registration information
• Spamming, harassment, or unauthorized scraping
• Violation of applicable laws or public policy
• Infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights of the Company or third parties
• Placing excessive load on servers or networks
• Unauthorized access to or tampering with HealthKit data

• 反編譯、逆向工程或修改本應用程式
• 未經書面授權的商業使用
• 未授權存取或冒充其他使用者
• 提供虛假的註冊資訊
• 垃圾郵件、騷擾或未授權的資料抓取
• 違反適用法律或公共秩序
• 侵害本公司或第三方的智慧財產權或隱私權
• 對伺服器或網路施加過度負擔
• 未授權存取或篡改 HealthKit 資料

本アプリに関するすべての著作権・商標権・特許権その他の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。本規約は、これらの権利の譲渡を意味しません。利用者からのフィードバック・提案は、当社が制限なく利用できるものとします。

All intellectual property rights in the App, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, belong to the Company or their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer any such rights. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without restriction.

本應用程式中的所有智慧財產權，包括著作權、商標及專利，歸本公司或各自所有者所有。本條款不轉讓任何此類權利。您提供的任何意見反饋或建議可由我們不受限制地使用。

本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。当社は以下について責任を負いません：

• AI分析の不正確さに起因する健康上の問題・損害
• 通信障害・サーバー障害・サービス中断による損害
• 第三者サービス（HealthKit・AI API等）の障害・仕様変更
• 利用者が入力したデータの誤りに起因する問題
• 天災・不可抗力による損害

当社の責任が認められる場合であっても、損害賠償の上限は利用者が過去3ヶ月間に当社に支払ったサービス料金とします。

The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

• Health issues or damages arising from inaccurate AI analysis
• Damages from network outages, server failures, or service interruptions
• Failures or specification changes in third-party services (HealthKit, AI APIs, etc.)
• Problems arising from incorrect data entered by users
• Damages from natural disasters or force majeure events

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

本應用程式以「現狀」提供。我們對以下情況不承擔責任：

• 因 AI 分析不準確引起的健康問題或損害
• 因網路中斷、伺服器故障或服務中斷造成的損害
• 第三方服務（HealthKit、AI API 等）的故障或規格變更
• 因使用者輸入錯誤資料引起的問題
• 因自然災害或不可抗力事件造成的損害

在法律允許的範圍內，我們的總責任限於您在索賠前三個月向我們支付的費用。

利用者は、(a)本規約の違反、(b)利用者コンテンツ、または(c)第三者の権利侵害により当社・その役員・従業員等に生じた損害・費用（合理的な弁護士費用を含む）について、当社を補償・免責するものとします。

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your User Content, or (c) your infringement of third-party rights.

您同意賠償並使本公司及其高階主管、員工及代理人免受任何索賠、損害及費用（包括合理的律師費）的影響，這些索賠源於：(a) 您違反本條款、(b) 您的使用者內容，或 (c) 您侵犯第三方權利。

当社は事前通知をもって本アプリの機能・内容を変更またはサービスを終了できます。サービス終了の際は、相当な予告期間を設けます。本規約の重大な違反があった場合、当社は即時にアクセスを停止できます。

We may modify or discontinue the App with advance notice. For service termination, we will provide reasonable prior notice. In case of material Terms violations, we may immediately suspend access.

我們可提前通知後修改或停止本應用程式。服務終止時，我們將提供合理的事先通知。若嚴重違反條款，我們可立即暫停存取。

当社は本規約を随時改定できます。重要な変更の場合はアプリ内通知・メール等で通知します。改定後も本アプリを使用し続けた場合、改定規約に同意したものとみなします。最新の規約は本ページで確認できます。

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version is always available on this page.

我們可隨時更新本條款。重大變更時，我們將透過應用程式內通知或電子郵件通知您。繼續使用本應用程式即表示接受更新後的條款。最新版本始終可在本頁面查看。

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争については、まず当社に直接ご連絡いただき、誠実に解決を図ります。解決に至らない場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。消費者保護法令による強行規定は本条に優先します。

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. For disputes, please contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court. Mandatory consumer protection provisions supersede this clause where applicable.

本條款受日本法律管轄。如有爭議，請先直接聯絡我們尋求友好解決。未能解決的爭議應提交至東京地方法院的專屬管轄。強制性消費者保護條款在適用時優先於本條款。
